Seems like a nice place but took my dog for the first initial pet exam (which says free online) I even called to verify and they said yes no out of pocket charges then we got there they took him in a room gave him vaccines then made me pay for them even though I told them I didn’t have the money to spend at that moment

I just moved here from out of state and my pup is around the time to get spayed so picking a good vet was very important to me when I started researching. I’m so thankful I found Taylor crossing!! Even from the 1 appointment I’ve been to, I can tell I have nothing to worry about. Dr. Loch reassured me and answer all my questions along the way. She made sure to keep my fur babies comfort in mind, considering she is a giant breed that is going to need a few extra surgeries. I have always felt leaving other vets I’ve been to, I’ve had more questions and spent hundreds of dollars. But I left here feeling reassured, relieved I found a vet to take care of my fur baby!! If you’re looking for a new vet definitely come here :)
